Experience in plumbing as well as management and protection of drinking water are assets. At Darspec, the role of the engineer is to manage the customer relationship. He analyzes buildings, finds, and designs solutions, prepares plans and specifications, monitors work on site while identifying new opportunities. Knowledge of the Autodesk AEC Collection / Revit tool as well as being fluent in English and French languages are other assets.

Darspec is looking for a technical specialist for its mandates in the:

• Certification of backflow prevention devices,
• Inspection of emergency showers.

During interventions at the client's premises, the technical specialist also acts as an expert advisor to inform and raise awareness among the client of the importance of respecting the standards and technical parameters of the equipment. He is also called upon to work in the company's laboratory to establish test benches and participate in component reconditioning efforts.

The specialist will have the opportunity to develop a bilingual digital communication plan and implement marketing strategies using the results of his research with potential customers. The tactics will then describe all the steps to reach out, qualify and attract new Quebec customers and especially in English-speaking markets outside Quebec. The goal of the research and campaigns is to increase the company's revenues and position our expertise in new markets.

The implementation of an innovative dashboard, including specific performance indicators, will make it possible to measure in real time the success of targeted marketing and/or communication campaigns to then correct and adapt.

With the objective to train and to ensure a competent succession of the engineers of tomorrow, Darspec's mission is to offer technical internships in the fall, winter, and summer to students in Co-op engineering programs (preferably) but not limited to these. Under the supervision of the principal engineer, trainees are called upon to carry out building water engineering mandates, whether in the analysis, the design of plans, the composition of specifications as well as the supervision of onsite work. The intern promotes sound management and continuous protection of drinking water in buildings.

Darspec is looking for assistants to perform administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of the office. The assistant will have to process service reports, assist in maintaining the inventory of components, follow up with customers, make service reminders and all other related tasks related to the position.

Under the supervision of the president and assisted by the project manager, the intern is responsible for participating in the development of the communication plan, writing articles for the company's website, regularly updating the company's information, ensuring follow-up key performance indicators (KPI) for social networks and the website and manage the production of video capsules.
